Detailed information for making body butters and lotions with and without water. Great variety of recipes. Some of the ingredients are uncommon for someone new to making body butters and lotions.
This book is a bit difficult because you need to measure everything in percentages also there is a link at the end offering a free ebook but the link goes nowhere. This book was a waste of money
I have read about harmful ingredients in products for body care. I have felt for a long time the need to take action to protect myself from unwanted effects of chemicals but I never thought that I myself could make such a composition. Reading this book (which is not my first Aquino's) that gives tips so easy to follow, I would dare to make it! Description of the process, ingredients and tips are so clearly presented. Following these tips one could easily take control of safety and save some money!
